SKIN CONSULTATION
Skinsaviour offers you a personal skin consultation
Do yourself and your skin a favour…
As a naturopath and clinical nutritionist, with a passion for skincare I am fully aware that our skins will only look as good as we are to our bodies. How well we support our skins with our nutrition and lifestyle is just as important as what we put on our skins.
I love to take a holistic view of skincare and believe in the need for balancing our lifestyles and addressing nutritional deficiencies and imbalances such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and so on in order to have skin that glows with good health.
Through analysing a diary of your food intake over a typical week and a full and comprehensive health appraisal in the form of an online questionnaire, I can establish what nutritional supplements may be of the most benefit to you. The body responds so well when it has all it requires to function optimally, sometimes a simple change or course of supplements can bring remarkable change.
For your fee, you are also able to have free email advice and have your queries answered. Included is a follow up consultation at 1 month and at 3 months where a revaluation will take places where necessary – all at your convenience – no appointments to attend, no travel or time off work.
