Natural Face Masks – Avacado

Avocados are full of essential fatty acids and the good mono unsaturated fats they contain are a great food for healthy skin and hair.
Avocados also contain the ‘good fats’ that help the body absorb fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
As well, Avocados make a great face mask. Simply mash one avocado and apply to the face as a mask and leave for 15 -20 minutes. Cleanse with lukewarm water and moisturise.
Avocado masks can also be used on the hair to keep it shining and healthy.
